Delivery Timeline
We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after confirming your order.
The estimated time for delivery is 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery Delays

Shipping Charges
A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 200 applies to all orders.
Shipping charges are also reflected at the time of checkout before making payments.
The shipping charges may be revised or altered without any prior notice.
Service Areas
Sam Collection delivers all over Pakistan.
In case of delivery to remote or distant areas, additional time for delivery may be required.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, which will enable you to track your order in real-time.
Failed Deliveries
In case of failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, incomplete details, or the absence of the recipient, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-delivery.
