Sam Collection – Terms of Service (Relevant Sections)
Order Acceptance
Your order is not accepted until sam collection confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as sam collection may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores or other third-party platforms. Promotional offers may be governed by separate terms, which will prevail in case of conflict.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You agree to promptly update your account information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

All content on the Services, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, videos, and design elements, is owned by sam collection, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

sam collection’s name, logo, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Nakhra. Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or transactions conducted on third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Nakhra is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with sam collection. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales or transactions between you and Nakhra.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from purchases made through our store.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such data processing.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, you grant sam collection a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose. We are under no obligation to compensate or respond to feedback.
